I'm New
Preparing for your visit:
We know that visiting a church for the first time can be a little nerve racking. Questions like "Where do I go?" "Where do my kids go?" "What is the music like?" Or "What do I wear?"
All these are valid questions to ask when looking for a church. Understand that you are not the first person to consider these questions. However, we want you to know that "You Belong Here." At Vineland, you'll be welcomed into a friendly, worshipful environment, by people who are excited to see you. You'll also be given a free gift with information about our church.
We want your time with us to be meaningful and relevant to your life, and enjoyable too. So here is a brief description of what to expect when you join us for a Sunday service.
ArrivalÂ
You'll be greeted by our friendly staff that is willing and ready to assist you in any way possible. They will hand you a special welcome gift with information about our church. We want to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible. If you need assistance during the service, let us know. At the close of the service, the Pastor will invite anyone who desires a closer walk with God to spend time around the altar for prayer.
Children (Ages 4-12)
We offer a fun and interactive Children's ministry every Sunday morning at 10:30 am during the main service. While your children are in our care, they will learn a bible lesson that is taught where they can understand, sing sings, and complete a craft. Our ministry staff has passed our screening process and a nationwide background check.
Teaching & Preaching
Pastor Matthew is a young, vibrant, and energetic communicator of God's Word. Our teaching time is focused on taking the deep truths of God's Word and explaining them in a relevant manner that makes sense today. Sermons tend to last around 40 minutes. Pastor Matthew makes it a habit to greet folks as they exit the sanctuary, at the end of the service.
Childcare (Ages 0-2)
On Sunday mornings, our nursery staff is available to look after your baby while you enjoy the service. You can also choose to keep your child with you if you'd like. Know that there is a large viewing window into the nursery, so that you may check on your child as often as you wish. Each member of our nursery staff has cleared our screening process and has passed a nationwide background check.

Praise & Worship
You will experience a mix of modern worship songs paired with the classic hymns of faith. Our desire is to create an atmosphere where the presence of the Lord is felt among all worshipers. People will get involved in the service by saying "amen," clapping their hands, or standing to their feet. Other times, you'll find folks quietly waiting in His presence.
Taking an Offering
At some point in our service, those who consider Vineland home, will be given the opportunity to worship by giving back a portion to God via the offering. You as a visitor, should feel no pressure to take part in this. However, please be sure to fill out a "Communication Card" and place in the offering so we can better connect with you after your visit.

What we believe
Salvation
We believe we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and the belief in His crucifixion, death, burial, and resurrection. That He died on the cross as the ultimate sacrifice for all of mankind to wash away our sin. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or of any human effort (See Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31; Galatians 2:16; 3:18; Ephesians).
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit, given at Pentecost, is the promise of the Father. It was sent by Jesus after His ascension to empower the Church to preach the gospel throughout the whole earth (See Joel 2:28,29; Acts 1:5, 2:1-4, 17, 38, 39; 11:15-17; 19:1-6).
Healing
We believe that divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers.
(See Isaiah 53:4,5; Matthew 8:16,17; James 5:14-16).
the rapture of the church
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the church.
(See Matthew 24:30; 26:63, 64; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17;
Revelation 1:7).
